transfer batch and Overlap quantity have no effect on scheduling

Hi,

I hope someone can help me,

I am trying to set up a route for a formula item where two operations are in sequence but they have an overlap.

The second operation can start as soon as 1 pcs is produced in the first operation.

I have set the transfer batch to 1 in the route, and in the production route the overlap quantity is set to 1 after estimation ( good sign i think)  but when I schedule the jobs they stay in sequence and there is no overlap.

Do I need to set something else, I thought transfer batch was enough.

    Hi, Got it to work

    Needed to set the overlap parameters on the route group.
