Hi
Does anyone know if it possible to have a negative day formula in the reminder terms? So that on Level 1 it calculates a reminder for an entry which will become due in a few days time?

5 days before the due date of an invoice, then we would like to generate a reminder date.
Therefore we are putting in -5D in the due date calculation on level 1. But this does not work, does anyone know if the system can even manage that??
Hi Andrew,
Reminders functionality is used for over due payments only. So, unfortunately the way you are trying to use it is not possible. If you want to remind user 5 days before due date you can send them Invoice again.
