CRM 365 Need to refresh after item removed from queue

Hi,

After a recent update, when I remove an item from my work queue the list becomes empty, and I have to force a refresh using the button. If i use a default view, then the refresh happens automatically but if i use a customer view then I have to refresh. This behaviour is new since a recent update that added what looks like Teams integration among other things.

Anyone else experiencing such issues and/or have a fix?

    Hi,

    We are having exactly the same problem after the most recent update. After routing an item the work queue list is empty and we have to do a manual refresh in order to show the other records. Unfortunately I am not aware of any solution.

    Hi,

    We were experiencing this issue as well. I found another post on this same issue, and they had a temporary solution:

    "Our support provider has come back and said that Microsoft has noted this is a bug after the updates at the weekend.

    They are going to fix it by the end of the week if not earlier but in the meantime if you can get your users who are having the issue to ADD this to the end of the URL &flags=FCB.PcfGridEnhancedRendering=false"
