Access is Denied issue while picking queue item in Dynamics 365 UCI

Hi,

I'm facing issue while picking queue items from queue. I do have only one  BU and activity entity having BU level access (Assign), Basically I'm picking task entity from queue.

Is anybody faced same kind of issue.

    Hi

    I would first check if you have included the activity entity in the model-driven app. If you have not included it, even if you have permission, it would display the above message so please open the Model-Driven App in the app designer and make sure the activity entity is added to the app.

    Hi,

    Could you please scroll down on pop up and you should be able to download log file.

    Please see log file and it will tell you what permisiion is missing.

    If possible please share log details here to investigate further.

    Task entity is already part of model driven app, still I'm getting this error

    Like Bipin commented, try to check the log file if available, also something that can help is use a web debugging tool to try to get the missing privilege name
