hey thanks!
Here is the contact information for Dynamics RMS support specific to Singapore: www.microsoft.com/.../assisted-support.aspx
thanks for the offer! But im way over in Singapore though...
Might be quicker/easier at this point to seek assistance from your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner who can remote in and access the situation. If you do not have a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner, our toll free support line is 888-267-7483. Hourly support is $125/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
u mean connect to Store Operations Administrator?
Yes i am able to do so and can connect to the database as well.
Are you able to connect to the actual RMS Database as an Admin in RMS Admin?
Yes.
im doing the backup on the computer that is running the POS store operations.
Thank you.
Hi! Is the backup being done on the same computer that has the RMS database?
to add.
i have full control of the folder to save in
perhaps i need help on how to allow SQL server to do the same as well?
