backup failed for server

been getting this message when i was previously about to do backups.

how to assign the correct permission level or are there other factors?

I am logged in as an Administrator.

    Might be quicker/easier at this point to seek assistance from your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner who can remote in and access the situation. If you do not have a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner, our toll free support line is 888-267-7483. Hourly support is $125/hour billed in 15 minute increments.

    u mean connect to Store Operations Administrator?

    Yes i am able to do so and can connect to the database as well.

    Yes.

    im doing the backup on the computer that is running the POS store operations.

    to add.

    i have full control of the folder to save in

    perhaps i need help on how to allow SQL server to do the same as well?

    cannot find the answer on that online...
