How does communication work when a client has multiple cloud platforms? We have someone who uses Office 365 but may have MS Dynamics GP on one cloud server and MS Dynamics CRM on another server. If that user is on their GP cloud and runs a SmartList and then hits the Excel button, what has to be set up, if anything, to get that data into the spreadsheet being pulled up in Office 365?
