how to issue invoices on different languages

Hi! Our company makes much export and it is necessary for us to use invoices on different languages such as russian for example or english. We want to issue invoices from CRM also place products on invoice from CRM product list. Product names we also need in different languages. Does anybody has idea how to custumize invoice templates on different languages? Sometime our clients require some special invoice forms. Is it possible to create separate invoice form for special client? Waiting for your ideas.

    Hi Ramunas,

    The invoice report is a standard sql reporting services report.  You can download the .rdl, and create many different invoice reports.  You will need a sql report services report designer such as visual studio to modify the report.

    Hi Alex! I am not sure if you understand me right. I need to have invoices on idfferent languages, for example to russian company I normally issue invoice on russian language in MS Excel. For EU customer I issue invoice on enlgish language, for local customer I want to issue invoice on Lithuania language. Also the same I need to make with products I sell, I mean I need to have them on different languages. Waiting for your comments.

    Hi Ramunas,

    I thisnk you need to change the label and their value according to the language. i.e. when you display the Invoice Item and if the report in english then suppose Label is "Item Description" and Value is "Software Service". now if the language is Russian then Label should be "Пункт Описание" and Value should be "Обслуживание ПО".

    If you want this then it wants the customizations work i.e. you need to add the custom fields for the each language in which you want to generate the report i.e. Russian/Lithuania etc.

    And you can add a parameter on the report for diffrent language, on the select of the language you can display the appropriate Labels and their Values.
