RMS not communicating with ICVerify after upgrade

My clients store is running RMS version 2.0.0114 and had ICVerify version 4.0.3 installed.  They received a letter from Bank of America Merchant Services that their version of ICVerify needed to be updated to version 4.2.0 as the older version was no longer being supported.  ICVerify, did the update and verified that a cc transaction worked thru ICVerify.  Now when they proccess a transactions thru RMS, it denies the transaction.  ICVerify said that the type of encryption changed between two version.  Any ideas what needs to be updated for RMS to communication with this new version?

    RMS and ICVerify together are not PCI compliant.  4.0 was the last version that even worked together at all, as ICV ripped out the option of their program.

    You will have to find a different option instead of ICV.  See if you processor will work with TSYS and if so, use the built-in RMS option.  BofA used to work with TSYS, don't know if they still do.

    BofA hasn't boarded users with TSYS for years now - they switched to First Data for all of their processing. I think we still have some customers on it that are grandfathered in tho.
