Hello everyone,

I am planning to integrate D365 FO Sales Orders with third party systems such as retail systems. In my organization we have two systems:

- One system sends data at specific times using cron jobs.
- The other system sends data in real time per transaction.

What are your recommendations and best practices should I use it ?

Hi,

One can suggest after knowing the business process/requirement of the clients.

Best practice is to ensure that error handling, logging, updating about errors, data validation, and a retry process (in case of error) are followed in any process.
