transaction dimension user access

Hi,

When I go to Tools>>Setup>>Company>>Analytical Accounting>>User Access>>then select User ID as type, after selecting the User ID and Trx Dimension it doesn't show the Trx Dimension Code that I added to some of the users. I need to manually add it to give it access. But the other users it displays the Trx Dimension Code. We are using GP 9.0. Can you help me with this?

We already upgraded to GP2010 but still this happens in this version. When we add a new GP user and select that user in Tools>>Setup>>Company>>Analytical Accounting>>User Access it doesn't show the trn dimension codes automatically. I need to manually select it first so that it will be displayed.
