Get Stage of BPF to change

Hey all,

i hope you are well. I have a question. I try to get the Stage of a BPF which is the next. If user click previous button then i need this Stage name if user click next button i need this Stage name.

I need this information in a Workflow activity. The Workflow Activtity is executed by Workflow which is added to BPF on Stage Exit.

Anybody has an idea or example?

    Hiya,

    It is certainly possible in Power Automate flow

    • When user trigger a change that is changing business process flow stage, power automate triggers
    • Get the BPF table record, in BPF table you have status that is the current stage where user trigger BPF stage
    • BPF table status filed give you the status of the trigger from to the next stage or previous stage.
