Adding dimension segment on advanced rule for a specific account is not working!

Hello,

I have an active account structure and when I go to advanced rules and add dimension segment with criteria and try to add a general journal line The dimensions defined aren't showing!

1- Active account.

2- Advanced rules.

3- General journal line.

Please note that I don't even know where these dimensions (item-item group-region) are defined on this account!

Also, the "MMI" is a new company and all its configurations come from another company using "copy from legal entity" in data management

The configuration is correct and it suppose to work. Can you:

- Check the legal entity where you are working?

- Send even a picture of the advanced rules:

The advanced rules has the project dimension added.

I solved this by adding a custom code to copy PO dimensions to the prepayment line and it worked!
