Format Calculated fields

Posted on by 10

I am creating a calculated field from an existing decimal field. Can I format the calculated field to truncate/round to 2 decimal places?

  • RE: Format Calculated fields

    Hi Partner,

    If you change the precision of the calculated field to 2, then it should show the value with 2 decimal places.

    Settings -> Customization -> Entity->Fields

    Select the right entity, where you want to change the field property.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Hi Dynamics 365 User,

    You can achieve this by creating a Calculated Field with a Precision value of 2.
