Hi,
I have created a new system view in CRM. I have published the customization's and can see the related records in the list.
Then when I test the view using another security role I can't see the data. In the view it says "No data available". I also created an associated chart & get "there is no data to create the chart"
The thing is - the view & chart worked fine in our test environment for both security roles, so I moved the solution to our Live environment and suddenly its not working for non-admin users.
I've looked into the security settings for the roles in both environments & they match. Does anyone have any ideas about what else could be causing the issue?
