Could I track outgoing emails from CRM Online to Outlook Online (in send items)?

I have checked appointment - working (when I create appointment in CRM, I could see it in Exchange Online Calendar).
In general, only CRM outgoing emails not tracking with Exchange Online :(
And what about appointment? When I create appointment in CRM - in Outlook Online I could see it? Who know about it?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to be able to send an email in CRM Online to show up on the office 365 outlook web mail sent folder. Correct? If this is your question, then I don't think this is currently possible. I have checked it again right now and I couldn't find any option for this. You can see that "outlook.office.com/.../" has a large number of "add-ons" but they do not currently include an option for Dynamics 365. May be you should add it as a proposed feature on http://connect.microsoft.com

I did it and i got same result.
To have a complete sync with your CRM online and CRM for Outlook plugin, you need to select, in the Mailbox configuration for CRM Online, the user can use Incoming, Outgoing and (if you need it) Contact, Task and Calendar with your CRM for Outlook.
