I am preparing for a GP2013 upgrade and looking at the Upgrade Manual on page 27 under database maintenance. It says you should run the following maintenance but then lists none. Does anyone know if this is just DBCC checkdb and DBCC checkcatalog as it has been in prior upgrades? Anything else? What am I missing. Thanks.

Hello Robyn,
DBCC CHECKDB is about the only maintenance script you really need to run before doing an upgrade, to make sure there aren't any allocation or consistency errors returned for any GP databases.
The GP 2013 Upgrade scripts mentioned by Douglas are also recommended, most of those are found under the 'Known Issues' section of the Dynamics GP 2013 upgrade guide as well.
Thanks,
I also recommend running the pre-install GP2013UpgradeSQLScripts (account_framework_validation, check workflow, etc. etc.) These are found on partnersource\customersource.
I found the same paragraph in the 2010 upgrade guide so I think MS just omitted the dbcc checkdb(database name). Otherwise the paragraph was almost word for word. I think I have what I need but would love confirmation. Thanks.
