How to show Power Automate running history in Dynamics 365

Hi,

We would like to be able to see how often Power Automates are running and who is running them. We want to make Customer Service Team Leaders see who/when ran a specific Power Automate that they use.

Please advise,

Hi Erhan Keskin,

There is no OOB way to get all the flow's history in the D365 Customer Service. So you need to customize it.

You can list all flows first: Flows are now stored in Dataverse and use the rich Web API - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn
