Hi all,
i was trying to import a SOP blank invoice package to a PC when i had an error : " unable to open customization dictionary "
i found out that i created the package on a 64-bit windows and the PC i'm importing to is 32-bit windows, so if this is the problem how can i make this package work on that 32-bit operating system?!

Someone else is in GP and you are sharing the same REPORTS.DIC. Or you have multiple instances of DYNAMICS.EXE running. Use Task Manage to check.
