How• can• I" complain• to• BharatPe?

Here are the steps to complain to BharatPe:
1. Contact BharatPe's customer support:
   - Phone: You can call their customer support number at (91)-9031+508011,,,
   - Email: You can send an email to their customer support team at support@bharatpe.com.
2. Explain your issue clearly:
   - Provide details about the problem you are facing, such as the transaction details, date, time, merchant name, etc.
   - If you have any supporting documents or screenshots, attach them to the email or be prepared to share them with the customer support representative.
3. Escalate if needed:
   - If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you can escalate the issue to the grievance redressal officer.
   - To escalate, you can send an email to grievances@bharatpe.com detailing your complaint and the steps taken so far.
4. Approach the banking ombudsman:
   - If you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided by BharatPe, you can approach the banking ombudsman in your area.
   - The banking ombudsman is an independent authority that helps resolve customer complaints against banks and payment service providers.
5. File an online complaint:
   - You can also file an online complaint on the Reserve Bank of India's website at https://cms.rbi.org.in.
   - This allows you to track the status of your complaint and provides an alternative escalation channel.
