Hi all,
I'm plan to add a new phase in my sales pipeline in CRM online. Let say a new phase called "SUSPECT". What is the easiest step to do it?

It's possible to use the field Pipeline Phase (a single line text field), adding new label using processes (workflows).
Or it's possible to use the field Process Code (a picklist field), adding your proper stages as menu dropdown, so updating this field using processes (workflows) too.
