POS Payment Failure

I tried making a Transaction in POS with a Cashier Permission Group. While making the payment (irrespective of the Payment method), I get the following failure : "Calculate Total" - "The user is not authorized to perform this operation".

I checked the POS operations - Calculate Total and there are no permissions assigned to this operation.

Has anyone faced the same problem ? Some insight would be great.

What kind of transaction are you making? are you creating a customer order or a sales transaction?

Have you checked the cashier permissions? under the permisson group page:

yes, I have tried the POS Permissions. It works when you have the manager priveleges and not otherwise.

Hi Vishnu,

Have you check Workers -> Commerce -> Pos Permissions for the worker you login?

I suggest you to log a case to Dynamices Commerce, Retail team for this issue.
