Does anyone have the script to run in SQL to remove invalid company references from the SYSTEM database?
Scenario: User manually deleted unneeded companies in SQL.
SL's System database still thinks these companies exist.
I am now unable to deploy MR as MR thinks these companies exist but they really don't.

Which tables were updated by the user and in which database?
The System database table COMPANY has the SL companies, and the System database table DOMAIN has the Application databases that contain setup and transaction tables for the companies.
The support group for MR published a short Word document on deleting companies from the MR Configuration console. You may run into other issues when the script to build the MR Datamart runs against the SL application database, if there was posted activity for the companies in the application database.
