We have multiple promotions running on Two Sets of showrooms. The POS machines are showing correct percentage discount amount but when the barcodes are printing , it shows price of another promotion price

Hi - it sounds like the barcode label templates need to be adjusted to show the correct price. The barcode designer in Microsoft RMS can be found in RMS Manager under "utilities" and then "label designer". You can also obtain help from your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner. if you do not have a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner, our toll free support line is 888-267-7483.
