Hello Dan,
That is because you possibly forgot to set the filter in your model at the time you selected the data source.
Please do the following:
1. Select your model NEWCREATECUST - the one in bold
2. Select the designer button, then click the map model to data source button
3. Select the next designer button
4. Select the datasource - possibly a table - that you used and select edit
5. Ensure that the parameter 'ask for query' is active
6. Save it and make sure that your new model is published.
7. You might have to rebase or recreate the configuration - the NEWCREATECUST - in thin letters again.
