Hi all,
We have a CRM 2013 on premise version, max file upload limit is set to 32mb. This is happening only to a particular file while uploading and i receive the following error.
Is there any way to troubleshoot with notes?

CRM has a setting for this.
IIS also has a settings for this, something like a max request size, go and figure it out.
By chancing the setting in CRM only might still hit to the same problem because IIS is blocking it. Check the IIS as well.
You can also check the windows event logs too. else as Emre suggested go for traces.

Do you have any detailed log? If you don't maybe you need enable trace and collect some details.
