I am new to Dynamics 365 F&O. What are the different way to integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 F&O.

Also, how can I verify that current Dynamics 365 F&O environment is integrated with Power BI or not?

Ways to Integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 F&O:

Embedded Power BI Dashboards:

Dynamics 365 F&O allows native embedding of Power BI dashboards and reports in the application. These are tied to specific workspaces and offer visual insights directly in the system.

Entity Store Integration:

The Entity Store is a built-in, optimized operational data store in Dynamics 365 F&O. It allows you to export aggregate data from the system into a data warehouse format, which can be connected to Power BI for advanced reporting.

Direct Query to Data Entities:

Power BI can connect directly to Dynamics 365 F&O through exposed OData feeds (data entities). This enables real-time or near-real-time analytics on transactional data within the system.

Data Lake Integration:

With Azure Data Lake integration, you can export data from Dynamics 365 F&O to a data lake, which Power BI can then use as a data source for building complex, large-scale reports.

BYOD (Bring Your Own Database):

You can configure Dynamics 365 F&O to export data to an external database (e.g., Azure SQL). Power BI can then connect to this database to analyze historical and operational data.

Verifying Power BI Integration:
