On a technical level, this error occurs when the summed Issue Quantity of all of the InventTrans records you are querying is greater than the physical amount available when the InventUpd_Physical class was instantiated.

We don't use the retail module, but my experience with this kind of error usually has to do with Output Orders being associated with Sales orders. Unfortunately I don't have an easy fix for you--we had to modify several classes in order to get the Output orders to play nice with the reservation process.

Sorry, I can't give you anything better than that.

Agreed with what Brandt said, it is because of insufficient inventory for consumption. You can check the on-hand and verify.

With retail, it is highly advisable to us physical and financial -ve inventory, because of high volumes of transactions and delay in posting of inventory and consumption from multiple stores!

    Dear Sive

its depends on how many times you created picking list.

can you tell me about ur inventory and picking lists?

I had the same issue When I go to the sales order then from sales order line select one item then go to Inventory and Transaction to see the related transaction for this item. sometimes it happens that there is no inventory transaction for it and this is one of the problems.
I cleared the statement and deleted that sales order and calculated and then posted again. It worked.

Hello, I have similar problem in posting the Sales Statement and not able to clear. Hello Rahul, if I delete all the Sales lines, how will I again calculate as the clear statement is disabled. Please explain whether I have to re-synchronise again ?

    Hi,

there is one solution is the clear button is showing disable on retail form,

you can go to RetailTransactionTable and in the field there is one field named as calculate date and time, simply you can set this date and time zero and saved it and close the table.

you can see the clear button will enable after doing this activity but if invoiceId number is updated on RetailTransactionTable and RetailTransactionSalesTrans Table than dont do this activity.
