My GL entries say did not affect CA. How did this change and how do I fix

You need to have the option to 'Update cash accounts used in GL Transactions' checked in CA Setup. Is that option checked?
You can do an O type entry for cash manager to correct its balance. These would not update GL and would balance it out between the modules.
