Hello, I need someone help

I probably made a mistake in syncing tasks but can't figure out what I did wrong. Some day ago our system face some problem with the mail synchronization so we set up it again.

Now we realized, however, that the CRM tracks the emails not under the accounts / contacts to which they correspond and that tracks emails from users who have not tracked the email

in image 2 there is an email - traced in that account - which however refers to another account
generated by worflow
in response to emails generated by workflow
Before the solution to the synchronization problem (outlook-crm) we had no problem (the workflows were not touched) AND all the incorrect traces are old emails (as if the synchronization had synchronized a series of activities that had been suspended by somewhere)
