Create Segment based on Marketing form Purpose

Hello,

I have many forms that are intended for events, and I'm looking to create a dynamic segment that automatically adds any new form created with the event purpose to the segment. Do you know if it's possible to create a segment based on this field?

Hi Partner,

You mentioned: I'm looking to create a dynamic segment that automatically adds any new form created with the event purpose to the segment.

We can't add marketing forms to the segment, segment can only contains contacts.

1)There is no relationship between segment and marketing form.

2)Segments is a collection of contacts that you target with a customer journey.

Segments are created using the segment designer. One way to build segments is by querying across related entities including contacts, leads, accounts, events, marketing lists, and more. You can also query the marketing-insights service to find contacts that have engaged with your marketing initiatives.

But, marketing form has relationship with contact through 'source form' lookup field.

So you can create one segment to add contacts based on related marketing form's purpose.

Note: you should check 'marketing form' in dataset configuration if you want to use it in the segment.
