Does anyone know of a partner or company that is able to add aditional tabs to the items section in RMS so that you have more drop down menus for web use. I would like to have more options besides department and category.

One option is to use an web-integrated package with RMS like Nitrosell.
Nitrosell allows you to add more columns to the item properties with their software, but you will have to use their website solution.
