I get this error when I try to connect to the web client,

this is after the domain\user and password has been entered, if you see the task administator, the gp.runtime process is running, even if you login again you get the previous sessions listed. I can't find any documentation about this issue.

I'm creating a demo machine, using a self-signed certificate, I have tried single machine and scale out implementation, everything is running in the machine except for the sql server and the domain controller. Using Dynamics GP 2013 ESLA sp 1, (Latinoamerica),  windows server 2008 R2, sql server 2012, lastest version of silverligth

So it helps to read the fine details, I just realized the original post was dated 9/17/2013 which explains the odd browser screenshot, Stalin are using the same browser as the original postee??

FYI I also just read that the new browser that comes with Windows 10, Edge, doesn't support Silverlight. I suspect you're not the only one having a problem similar to this, but I'm still curious from my first post to find out your answers but I think you might have a browser + OS incompatibility

what's interesting is the screenshot of your browser... what version of IE are you using? is it 32bit or 64bit? Are you accessing it from your local machine or from the server?

These all might make a difference in functionality, Silverlight is slowly being phased out, I think this is an accepted fact because many applications written in Silverlight are being re-written in HTML5 for more cross-browser compatibility.

With that said, I believe the next release of GP2015 if I'm not mistaken should be out sometime in the first half of 2016 and the WebClient is supposed to re-written in HTML5 so no need for Silverlight anymore.
