Try clearing the SY07110 table. You can use Clear Data from Dynamics - Maintenance. Select 'Display' from the menu and then 'Physical Tables'. The table is in the System series and its name is 'Menu Master'.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

Try changing the homepage the user is assigned to. There have been a few reports of a certain role causing this type of behavior but no one has been able to narrow down which role/s.

    Thank you Jonathan,

I changed the Users Role and it came back.  They will need to rebuild their list of Quick Links, but they have it now.  I did not feel comfortable clearing the SY07110 table because there was 1700 records in it and I am not that familiar with this table.  Funny that this table has a user ID field but it was not filled in with any.

    Hi Jason,

The SY07110 isn't a table that holds users information. When the SY07121 and SY07125 (toolbar tables) are built they use the information in the SY07110. If you delete the records in this table it is repopulated from dictionaries when the first user logs into GP.
