No Email notification from AX

Hi all 

I have Ax 2012 R3 

I add my server and email with password into E-mail parameters 

Also I'm running batch job for E-mail distributor batch from Periodic - Email processing - batch 

I can receive notification pop-up but in nothing in Email 

what's wrong ?

    Is your email server is correct? And also go to Tools - Options - Notifications, here you should check that email check box.

    Hi Ajit

    yes the server is going right I test it in outlook

    also did the check box in options

    but notice something in notification list 

    as the picture bellow

    why it's show unchecked ?

    Did you check the email check box just now? It is showing uncheck because your user was not setup for email notifications.
