Hi All,

I'm getting issue while rendering url in Iframe.

Details:

I'm having one custom entity, on that entity I have created iframe to search and display websites as shown below:

pastedimage1562055707376v1.png

After submitting url I'm getting below error:

Refused to display 'url here' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
Web History.html:1 Refused to display 'url here' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
Web History.html:1 Refused to display 'http://www.example.org/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

Anybody knows about this issue ?

    Hi,

Did you check this similar link in community.

    community.dynamics.com/.../i-am-getting-this-content-cannot-be-displayed-in-a-frame-error-while-hosting-google-via-iframe-in-crm-2013-is-there-any-step-i-am-missing

Alternatively you can try changing your approach, by adding a web resource--> call google service--> get results--> display the results as hyperlinks.

    Hope this helps,

You cannot display a lot of websites inside an iFrame. Reason being that they send an "X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN" response header. This option prevents the browser from displaying iFrames that are not hosted on the same domain as the parent page.

I faced the same error when displaying YouTube links. For example:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WkuChVeL0s

I replaced watch?v= with embed/ so the valid link will be:

    https://www.youtube.com/embed/8WkuChVeL0s

    It works well.

Try to apply the same rule on your case.
