In our new Dynamics 365 Online environment, views and dashboards that are shared with other users, will be unshared after a while. How is this possible?

try these few things:

If you used "saved advanced search" to create the mentioned views, you need to share the relevant "saved advanced views" as well in order for them to appear and function in the shared dashboard.

Try out these options mentioned in blog post: community.dynamics.com/.../158608

if nothing works then I believe opening a ticket with MS is the only option.

This happens for all users and teams, and all dashboards and views.

Hi, is this happening for specific set of users and dashboard or all have been unshared?

Try sharing the views and dashboards with the users again.
