7We are using Dynamics CRM in a Domain (Win Server 2016/Sharepoint 2013). Some GPO´s are disabling documents from the internet or includes macros. We´re using Microsoft Baseline settings.
To create offers for customers we are using templates (XML) stored in the CRM system. We generate the word.doc and always there is an error message like "Blocked Content. Macros in this document have been disabled......".
After a conversation with our Admins, they explain to me that this security setting can´t be changed.
I´m confused because all components are from Microsoft and the data (CRM) are stored in the cloud and this doesn´t work.
Are there some explanations about how it could work?
