Tracking emails from Outlook

I know that when an email is sent from Business Central it goes through Outlook and is tracked in Business Central. However, is there a way to automatically track emails sent directly from Outlook?

@Andrés Arias yes, but that only shows when emails have been sent from Business Central right? I am looking for when emails have been sent in Outlook directly

Hi ,

I don’t believe there’s a standard feature in Business Central to automatically sync emails sent from Outlook. However, you’re right — there should be a way to handle this, as Business Central should ideally be able to display a list of emails sent from Outlook and accessed within the system.

Hi,

It's not possible from Outlook directly,

The emails sent from Business Central are logged in the sent email and failed ones in the outbox.
