SDT: SQL DB Tracking Using the Support Debugger Tool

Can the support debugger tool be used to track changes that occur at the SQL DB level that are NOT initiated from Dynamics GP?  My scenario is that I am working with an ISV product that writes directly to the company database.  I would like to track the changes the product is making as we are having issues with its integration to GP.

From my initial investigation it appears the SDT can only track changes that are performed from within the Dynamics GP application.  When I setup a trigger I am able to get it to respond if I make the update from GP, but not SQL.

I appreciate your help.

Regards,

Mike Marcin
