Word Templates and E-Mail

Hello, I have created a SOP invoice template from a modified RW form.  It works perfectly.  However, when I add the e-mail functionality, when the e-mail attachment for the invoice is opened, the logo in the header and text in the footer is missing.

The invoice produced and printed via the Word Template works perfectly.  This is only an issue when the e-mail piece is added.

I have searched the forum and can't find anything remotely related to this issue.

Any thoughts?

Thank you, Carol

Okay, sorry-but when you open the e-mail attachment none of the header/footer formatting shows. When you print the invoice or order or whatever it magically appears.

    Everybody is happy now.

Correction: it is all header information (logo, Page #, Invoice #, Date) and the text entered into the footer.
