Hello, We are new to AX, and building an AX 2012 test environment. We created the legal entity address with proper case - 123 Main Street, City County. After importing our zip codes, which were in all capital letters, we noticed we have two versions :zip City County and zip CITY COUNTY. How can we get AX to see these as the same value ? Thanks !

Those are the same from an AX perspective. It does ignore casing. However, due to how zip codes are so wildly different in different countries, the zipcode table has no explicit primary key (other than RecId). So when you import zip codes it won't update any existing ones, it will always create a new record because the only unique key is RecId - which you're not importing.
