Hello,
I'm trying for an event that can alert me before closing the whole USD.
This helps me in restricting users not to close the USD when there were active sessions.
Have you a suggestion or idea about this problem ?

Sorry, I am not aware of how to hide the "X". :(
Even if you could hide it USD could also die unexpectedly or be stopped by the user from task manager.
I have found this a pain in the past as we included logic on close of session to do loads of validation etc. But if the users just closed USD without closing the sessions not only was there no event but the close of session events also don't fire.

I have last question, is it possible to hide the clicks "x" in the top right hand corner (USD) ?

I have hit this issue before and unfortunately I have found no event that triggers when USD closes.
When the user clicks "x" in the top right hand corner USD terminates with no events.
I am sorry to say that I don't think an event exists that will help you.
