Hello everyone,
I've managed to access the call dashboard a few month ago on an old tenant but since the last month I can't find it anymore on new tenants.
Do I have to activate something to see it ?

I've already checked the instructions on this page, but my settings page are emptyI've tried with different account on different tenant, all with Remote Access - Administrator security role.

Yes, you need to install the Remote Assist 'model driven app' in your D365 environment: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/remote-assist/ra-webapp-install

As you can see on the screenshot I've posted earlier, I am on the Remote Assist 'model driven app'.
I'm on an trial tenant with trial licence for Remote Assist, can it be the reason of the problem ?

Unfortunately we currently don't support Calls Dashboard for users in FRA, GER, ZAF, and UAE Locales. We will update our documentation to ensure this is reflected and will keep you updated on when we roll out support to these locales!
