ax 2009 app stuck symptom on SALE LINE not responding

please help how I can analyze what the problem? my ax app randomly stuck on travels orders or sales line !! I check DB server look ok about 20% cpu

also APP SERVER look ok , nothing happen until I restart the SQL server and everything work fine for another 24 hours..

the ax is 2009 RU8

I never take maintenance plan for SQL server if its necessary !? the question is how I know if the problem with AX APP or AX DB server?
