Hello

Login to Microsoft 365 admin center and under billing or market place select Dynamics 365 Finance trial and assign the license to the user.

Then, follow the steps https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/unified-experience/tutorial-install-finance-operations-provisioning-app#install-on-an-environment
