Is the AX application started from remote desktop services or probably Citrix? In that case, check the profile of this user on the remote desktop. Dynamics AX is always using the Windows theme of the user.
Hi André, in this case, the DAX user log using browser RDP services, my bet: the user changed windows theme log in to AX, and windows preferences are on this RPD user temp data. I´ll restart computer do solve it, in opposite, i´ll clear data preferences from user and erase RDP user data. Thanks to explanation.
Hi André, the problem was window´s 8 Theme. I removed the user from windows AD and clear RDP server and everything is ok. Thanks for help
