We have customized the Interactive Service Hub Case form based on the client requirement. After the modification we started receiving below error.
Since the above error does not provide actual reason of the cause. Request you to please provide any inputs on how to fix this error. Are we missing any fields which needs to be present on Form ?

We have identified all the lookup field which we have used on Case form and enabled all the entities for Interactive service hub. However after enabling also we are facing same issue.

You get this error when you have a (1:N relationship) lookup field on the case inform to an entity that is not enabled for the service hub. In order to enable the entity for the service hub navigate to Settings>Customizations>Customize the System - Expand Entities > Click on entity that isn't enabled for the service hub, under "Options for this Entity, check the box that reads "Enable for interactive experience" and it should solve your issue.
Are all the requirements for interactive service hub met? Please refer the following guide and go through the requirements.

I have tried in almost all the browser like chorme, IE and Edge.

Do you have a Main Form- Interactive Experience? If you don't have one, create a new main form- interactive experience too.

Could you please elaborate the statement "adding Card forms/Main Forms for Interactive experience to the entity on which you are trying view records." On Case form we have already added account Card. However we are still getting this error.
