Import of appointments with multiple required attendees

I have exported a list of appointments with multiple attendees from a d365 crm environment into excel.
I want to import this into my new d365 crm environment but it errors out when there are multiple attendees.

Is there a particular way multiple attendees need to be imported? I have tried with semi colon or a comma between the attendee name
I have the same question (0)

When importing appointments with multiple attendees into Dynamics 365 CRM, the issue arises because the system requires attendees (users, contacts, or other entities) to be individually linked to the appointment in a specific format. Here’s how you can handle the situation:

Steps for Importing Appointments with Multiple Attendees

    1. Understand the Attendees Field Format:
In Dynamics 365, attendees are stored in a party list (similar to "To" or "CC" fields in email).
Each attendee must be linked to an existing record (e.g., a User or Contact) in the new environment.

    2. Use Data transporter tool from XRMTOOLBOX.

    3. Use power automated flow which will take this data from the excel and then creates a record into environment.
