workfow to copy the info from phoncecall to appointment

Hello Senior

how to create a workflow to copy the information from the Phone Call into a an appointment, then it will display on CRM Calendar and sync into your Outlook calendar too.

    Actually i want to do following task in CRM

    1. High Priority ‘Phone Call’ type activities are displayed on the Calendar is MS Dynamics CRM.

    2. Scheduled activities must sync across to Outlook Calendar.

    3. Reminders for scheduled activities (regardless of priority) should display for user when they log in.

    You can write plugin/workflow on phone call activity Create message, when phone call is created read it's data and create appointment , because only appointment will be available in calendar.

    They can be synchronized to outlook.

    Hello Lalit,

    1-On Phone Calla form add tow fields with Date Time data type ( Start Date and Time , End Date and Time).

    2-Create a new workflow on Phone Call entity ( Create A new Appointment when create Phone Call).

    3- Make the workflow run when Record Is Created, then add Create Record step :

    4- Set the properties for the new appointment as below:

    5- Save the workflow and activate it :)

    Make sure that your User record is added as a user to the Required or Optional field of the appointment.
