Bin Allocations Incorrect

The users have a sales order that was voided but the item still shows as allocated. Reconcile did not resolve. There are records for the SOP10201 table for that voided order. Should there be records in that table if the order was voided? Is this table part of the Bin reconcile?

Did you reconcile both sales and inventory?

If you are still having the problem after reconciling, I have a script that identified ALL tables with records that hold allocations. You can run this script, clear these records, re-run the reconciles and you should be fine. Email me at eMail me at rwhaley@accoladepublications.com and I will forward you a copy.
